Lich King (25) heroic kill video

Zelspawn has created a video of our first Lich King (25) heroic kill:

Because our guild has been running for such a long time we've got a large back catalogue of videos. We're planning to upload and share them all via that channel. There are already a selection of videos available from Classic, TBC and WotLK with more to come in the future. You can find a direct link to the channel under the "Videos" tab on the navigation bar at the top of each page.

An end of expansion tradition

At the end of each expansion and after all of the content has been cleared we have a tradition of taking a guild screenshot on the steps of Stormwind Cathedral. We've got three now and they provide a nice pictorial history of the guild (most recent picture at the bottom):

This evening we destroyed the Twilight Destroyer in a 25 man heroic raid:

When combined with our 10 man heroic kill earlier in the week it means we have now completed all WotLK raid content

This evening we finally killed the 25 man Lich King on heroic mode:

It was a pretty highly ranked kill world wide and completes our unofficial objective of finishing the last major raid dungeon of the expansion comfortably in the world top 250 guilds.

The kill was a big team effort. We've spent more time on it than any other boss in the past. It has required more practice, more strategising and more physical effort than anything else we've killed. A lot of people past and present contributed to it and a lot of work went on behind the scenes to make it happen. To those of you who have made an invaluable contribution but aren't wearing the title tonight - this kill is for you.
